I will shampoo your hair unless you prefer to arrive with it already washed. Before beginning your service, we’ll have a brief consultation to discuss your hair needs. During the appointment, I will ensure your comfort and well-being while providing professional service.

Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available. I maintain limited phone usage during appointments to keep the focus on you. You can choose between a talkative or quiet session—whatever makes you most comfortable.

My goal is to provide excellent service and meet your needs. It will be my pleasure to take care of you!

When Booking a Hair Appointment:

Washing and drying are included in the service. You are responsible for providing the hair and purchasing any necessary products that maybe needed; however, I will guide you on what is necessary for your desired look.

Punctuality Matters:

I understand unforeseen events occur, so a 15-minute grace period is provided. A fee of $3 will be charged for each additional minute after 30 minutes, after which your appointment will be canceled.

No Additional Guests Allowed.

Failure to acknowledge the policy at the end of booking may lead to cancellation.

A $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT

As everyone's skin is unique, please inform me of any products that best suit you to achieve the desired look. Come with a clean face - no lashes unless they are extensions. I will provide lashes, but you are welcome to bring your own. You may bring personal products, but I will have everything necessary. Please limit phone usage during the appointment.
